This is the first time I ventured out to actually make fritters, always hearing about apple fritters or this fritter or that fritter. And guess what it’s so simple to make. So here it is this tasty treat for breakfast!

holiday 2IMG_3937You only need 1 bowl, 1 whisker, 1 non-stick frying pan, a spatula and lots of hungry stomachs! This is really great for kids to make as it just  needs to be all mixed together. The cooking will need to be supervised. Variations can be made by adding your own choice of vegetables (I used corn and green beans) and can be made more cheesy by adding extra grated cheese.
